“United, we stand stronger”
Systematic approach to developing partnerships brings more effective and sustainable solutions.
ARGE acts as a catalyst to bring different institutions together around a common goal in order to be able to address issues no single organization can.
Approaches that can contribute to society must be realized systematically and sustainable and this is ARGE’s aim. Sustainability can only be granted by systematic approaches. ARGE plays a catalyst role to achieve this idea and make different parties come together for contributing to society with creating sustainable solutions. ARGE’s wide network of relationships, work experience with government, NGO’s, and private sector, and broad perspective helps in such endeavors.
ARGE’s mission is to increase the management quality of organizations. Our experience suggests that the EFQM Excellence Model is a very useful tool to do so. Therefore, ARGE has voluntarily contributed to KalDer, the national quality association, to initiate the National Quality Movement and lead numerous organizations throughout the process as well as developing content, such as case studies and benchmarking initiatives. The National Quality Movement was initiated under Dr. Argüden’s Chairmanship of KalDer and ARGE contributes to the movement with literature development, case studies, best practice workshops, reports and training and assessment activities.
National Quality Movement turned out to be a success story in Türkiye, as Türkiye has consistently become one of the top two European countries to host the largest number of European Quality Award winners and best of class examples were realized in numerous industries and organizational structures such as the schools and hospitals, as well as SMEs throughout the country. Türkiye has been the first country to establish a separate quality award category for NGOs.
ARGE has also partnered with Microsoft and the leading economic newspaper Dünya to carry the message for good governance and management quality to numerous cities throughout the country under the “Hayırlı İşler” rubric.
