The first objective of our strategy development projects is to concentrate on identifying strategic direction. There are many kinds of growth strategies. They vary from basic competitive analysis (How do we increase our revenue profitably?, Which markets should we enter?) to more tactical choices (Which sale/distribution channels should we use? With whom must we establish partnership?) to consider fundamental changes (how should we enter areas which will provide different competitive advantage than today?).
There are similar options in cost and investment management strategies. Those vary from reengineering of fundamental functions (Which changes and technology use brings more efficiency in sales and marketing?) to optimal resource allocation.

Implementation of Strategies
Strategies which have been effectively implemented bring their organizations success, whereas unsuccessful ones can be a recipe for failure. In other words, having a strategy is no longer considered as a guarantee for success. Two major factors are critical in determining company success:
